Everything ships express tracked with Australia Post — one to two business days on every order. It is $12, and free once your goods reach $200. Your tracking number is emailed and also saved to your account.
Shipping & deliveryArrival + Aftercare
It arrives as a plain parcel with no indication of what is inside. Check it against its certificate: if it’s damaged, wrong, or doesn’t match, tell us within seven days with photographs, and once verified we’ll replace or refund it to your original payment method. Wait for us before posting anything back — returns are authorised first. Change of mind is not returnable. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
